Shipping policy

• Processing & Handling: All orders are carefully inspected and securely packed prior to dispatch. Most orders leave our facility within a few business days.
• Carrier: We partner with specialized, licensed alcohol delivery carriers to ensure compliant and safe transit.
• Adult Signature Required: In compliance with US law, an adult (21+) must be present to sign for the delivery upon arrival.
• Damage Protection: In the rare event that your porcelain bottle arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact support@usagift.com immediately. We will issue a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you.
